The Studio

The Iyengar Yoga Studio in East Finchley, North London, is purpose built and fully equipped for the practice and teaching of yoga. All classes are taught according to the Iyengar method. Click here for more details. The Iyengar Yoga Studio is an Affiliated Centre of the Iyengar Yoga Association UK.

Classes and teachers

A number of teachers operate independently from the Studio and between them they offer a range of classes to suit everyone including Foundation; Beginners; General (mixed ability/experience); Intermediate (at least two years regular attendance at classes); Teenage (13 to 18); Pregnancy; and Therapy.

Every teacher is a fully certified member of the Iyengar Yoga Association (UK). For more details about teachers at the Studio see 'About us'.

Students are encouraged to stick to one or more regular classes for better continuity of teaching. To find a class that suits you see the class timetable .

Summer timetable 17 July to 2 September 2010

The table below shows what will be happening with individual classes between 17 July and 2 September. Please talk to the teacher concerned if you have any further queries (see contact details below). All classes are likely to have some substitute teachers over the summer. Patsy is away for the whole period, so all her classes will be subbed.
