The Iyengar Yoga Studio
(East Finchley)

The Iyengar Yoga Studio in East Finchley has been purpose-built for the teaching and practice of Iyengar Yoga.

Opened in January 2007, it offers classes to suit all levels of experience. As well as general classes there are specific sessions for Foundation, Beginners, Intermediate, Teenagers 13-18, and Pregnancy.

All classes are taught by fully certified Iyengar Yoga teachers. Any necessary equipment is provided, including mats, blankets, blocks and belts.
